Return to Work application protects workspace from COVID-19 outbreak. This application allows employees and visitors to do daily check-in before entering the facility & a quick health survey. This application is developed and designed in the Salesforce platform.

  • During this pandemic, everyone is working remotely. However, a small number of employees who want to visit the office must follow CDC’s instructions when entering the office space.
  • Employees must provide information in CDC policies before entering their facilities every day.
  • Only authorized users can enter the building.

Solution

  • Allow employees/vendors to register before entering the office building.
  • After registration, an email will be sent to the manager for approval.
  • Once the manager approves, a second email goes to the facility manager for proof of evidence.
  • This email address is only valid for 24 hours.
